I did get up extra early on Super Bowl Sunday to fix Adam and I a special breakfast. What else says breakfast of champions other than "The Lombardi Trophy Pancake"?
Or...GO COLTS! pancakes?
Unfortunately..the outcome wasn't in our favor.
But...there's always next year. And you bet that we'll still be wearing our Blue! :)

Oh Chelsie...I'm such a ding...I thought the first photo was of a FISH (work with me here...shape, stripe, even an "eye"...)and I'm thinking "what the heck?" and very impressed that you would be cooking fish like that!!! DUH!!! Once I realized they were PANCAKES, I got it! And, cute idea by the way!!! Sometimes I wonder about myself...ha!
haha, that's funny! I did work extremely hard at that creation :) Unfortunately...there was a lot of trial and error :)
